SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to enrich the advance delivery of meaningful HR data driven decisions in support of HR and business objectives. This position is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support projects, HR processes, users, and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools, detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building predictive models. Further responsibilities include developing requirements implementing reporting and analytics strategies and delivering results using advanced tools such as SAP, Tableau, PowerBi, and Workday. This position is also responsible for continuously transforming our visualizations to support business models. Drive initiates that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. This position will interact with and is expected to communicate results, recommendations, and secure buy-in across a broad range of user’s stakeholders and management.

Specific Responsibilities Include : Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics. Participate in evaluation reporting analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions. Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets reports and metrics. Provide high level consulting to identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs; develop and support reporting tool enhancements; prepare reports and reporting solution specifications. Research and analyze data to identify trends to uncover potential issues and work with HRBPs and other HR functions to develop recommendations. Communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence leaders through data analytics and thoughtful interpretation of findings. Gather data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards, dashboards, executive presentations, and analysis on key HR metrics. Maintain awareness of best practices including processes and technology; and identifies opportunities for improvement of existing functionality. Develop the use of existing or research new tools that efficiently and accurately present data in useful formats. Seek opportunities for synergy improvement simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting. Consult with HRBPs and the business to define problems, gather data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations. Assist with broader HR Execution Excellence initiatives and strategy planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field

Experience: 3 years relevant experience or equivalent

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills in various reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Workday reporting. Additional knowledge around database query reporting tools. Demonstrated expert level technical skills in Data prep experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. and other enterprise reporting and analytics packages.

Special Skills : Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions. Superior organizational and problem solving. Demonstrated ability to build complex statistical models needed to understand issues and forecast impacts of change. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced dead-line oriented environment. Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion. Experience collaborating with solutions to enable project completion. Consistently delivers high-quality timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers. Background in Project Management. Passion for learning and team player.

Travel: 1 to 5 domestic trips per year.

Biosecurity: When visiting biosecure jobsites, showering before entering the facility is required and could require multiple showers during the workday. Appropriate clothing and footwear are provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, and all other birds). The Company Animal Welfare Policy must be followed at all times.

Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The team member must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment Required: Team Member is expected to follow the required safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment.
