Summary: The workforce Planning lead will need to address workforce challenges within Tyson company and predict future problems that the company may face. The Workforce planning lead will design and execute an enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning capability. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to quantify and prioritize critical talent needs, and lead design and execution of integrated plans across each stage of the employee life cycle to support Tyson HR strategic objectives and enable us to become the most sought after place to work. Responsibilities Include: Establishing scenario guiding principles and conduct current state analysis & engage HR and business leadership to gather insights around future strategies
