Will support the location through assisting the central teams in local attraction, encouraging/marketing and emphasizing the employee referral programs
partnering with sourcing teams to do in-person outreach to schools/churches/organizations, and on-site program management of any recruitment events and on-site materials (e.g. signage, flyers, truck wraps, etc. using corporate brand standards and TA provided guidelines/materials),
support the Hiring Support Center in candidate follow up to complete process steps (e.g. post offer process) to help reduce ghosting . Role will require frequent interaction and coordination with the Hiring Support Center, TA Marketing,
