We are open to hiring for remote work in any location, but candidates who are local to Dublin, OH are preferred and would be able to work in our office and/or remote.As Associate Development Manager, you are responsible for administering, organizing, and conducting career development programs. This includes performance reviews, succession planning, talent reviews, associate career development, and leadership career development. Youu2019ll also be involved in coordinating with our Learning & Development Specialist to create and facilitate learning programs and courses for leadership, management, and associate development. Our Talent Care (HR) team is highly cross-functional, so we provide support in a variety of tasks across all areas of our business and within our own HR team.Preferred Experience:Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through education and/or work experiencePrior work experience in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development in a role demonstrating solid experience applying learning and organizational development theory and techniquesAbility to identify company development needs and develop a plan with related tasks and timelines for improvementStrong group facilitation skills are necessaryStrong presentation skills are requiredHigh skill level in training and learning techniquesProven ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of associates, including our CEO, Executive Leadership Team, managers, and individual contributors is requiredWhat matters to our associates matters to us.
