Responsibilities
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures at assigned Program in alignment with the overall business strategy
Manage daily workflow of the HR Coordinators
Maintains compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws and regulation
Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement
Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to suggest ongoing development
Annual Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
**This is an Full on-site position**
Qualifications
Experience working for a Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA)
Three (3) years proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
People oriented and results driven
Ability to build strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
In-depth knowledge of labor law andHR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
