[Roles/Responsibilities]
Join the “Center of Excellence” team - an integrated HR services program, and gain exposure to all spheres of HR
Work as a supporting staff member on HR projects both long and short term, gaining invaluable exposure to HR in a multi-national setting
Help initiate and roll out new HR systems and strategy
As opportunities arise, rotate to other HR teams and learn programs within alternate business units.
Provide general support to team of 9

1-3 years of HR experience
Great communication skills
High level of experience in full MS Office suite
Native level Japanese
[Preferred skills]
Familiarity with Japanese labour laws
Experience working in a fast-paced international company
[Personal Attributes]
