We are seeking a motivated HRIS Analyst to join our team. You will report directly to the Manager of Compensation & HRIS and will play a key role on the team by serving as the main point of contact for all things HRIS. You'll also ensure our organization is able to enhance the employee experience through the best use of HR Technology to support our growing business.nn- Own access and workflow setup with our HRIS, UKG, and other HR Technology systemsn- Provide functional and technical support for our HR systems by maintaining the integrity of our people data, training, troubleshooting and serving as the point person for employees' systems related questionsn- Support our People and other teams in translating business requirements into technical solutions utilizing our HR Technology systemsn- Ensure data integrity of HRIS systems and update system data for new hires, terminations, and other changesn- Serve as the main point of contact for our HRIS vendor, UKG, and work with internal teams, other HR vendors and UKG to support upgrades, enhancements, testing and the roll-out of new modulesn- Perform HR Technology system audits to ensure data integrity and contribute to the enhancement of HRIS security measures and controlsn- Serve as the primary reporting and analytics specialist for the People team by assisting in the development and advancement of our reporting and analytics capabilitiesn- Partner with our People team (Business Partners, Benefits, Talent Management) team to explore ways to continue improving the employee experience with our HRIS system, such as the annual Benefits Open Enrollment cyclenn**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:**nn- High attention to detailn- Experience with Ultipro/UKG requiredn- Process oriented and solution focusedn- 2-3 years of HRIS experiencen- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or another quantitative fieldn- Solid Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, Lookups, charts and other tools for data analysisn- Propose creative solutions toward business and people problems through the use of technologyn- Demonstrated ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutionsn- Experience with or high interest in building dashboards using BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, IBM Cognos) is desirablen- Desire to become a subject matter expert for all things related to People datann**REPORTS TO:** Manager, Compensation & HRISnn**JOB LEVEL:** Analyst/Sr. AnalystnnThe minimum salary for this role is $70K.
