Highly esteemed staffing firm in Boston is currently seeking a Recruiting Associate to find top candidates and develop lead lists for a team of recruiters. The Recruiting Associate will provide support for a team of recruiters and provide a seamless interview process for our candidates. Candidates should be highly organized and time efficient when prioritizing and accomplishing tasks.
The Recruiting Associate will:
Provide support for a team of recruiters
Utilize job boards and networking sites to locate and pre-screen qualified candidates
Schedule and interview applicants for financial services positions
Respond to internal and external inquiries about the employment process
Track applications to ensure that records are up to date; use data to create accurate reports
Research investment and financial services firms in Boston to develop lead lists and find job orders
Research and attend networking events for investment professionals in Boston
Qualifications
The Recruiting Assistant will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 years of administrative experience, experience in human resources or recruiting a plus
Previous sales experience and knowledge of the investment industry is preferred
Outgoing and personable attitude
Pleasant phone manner and eagerness to get on the phone
Microsoft Office, Google Suite proficient
Highly organized and time efficient
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently, but also in a team environment
