We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our growing HR team! This is a brand new opportunity at Arch Capital Services to be our go-to Recruiter and lead the full life cycle recruiting process from start to finish for our corporate, reinsurance, and investments groups. This includes positions in IT, finance, legal, internal audit, actuarial, underwriting, etc.
As the primary recruiter on our team, you will partner with other HR team members and employees across all levels at Arch to source and identify the best and diverse talent. Our ideal candidate is a strategic, out-of-the-box thinker who strives in a fast-paced and ever changing environment and is ready to take on any challenge that lies ahead!

Job Responsibilities
Partner with HR and hiring managers to establish an effective, streamlined recruitment process for open requisitions
Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from creating a new requisition to making an offer
Effectively screen and interview candidates based on position requirements
As the primary point of contact for candidates, provide an excellent candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the entirety of the recruitment process
Manage multiple, complex searches and create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent
Establish a pipeline of diverse candidates through active recruitment practices by utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources
Conduct talent market research using LinkedIn Insights and other tools to help teams make informed, data-driven recruitment decisions
Required Skills/Experience
3 years' experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment; agency experience, preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) principles
Past experience recruiting for highly technical roles (engineers, architects, developers, etc.)
Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships
Desired Skills/Experience
Familiarity with the insurance/reinsurance industry
Experience working with an ATS - iCIMS and Workday, preferred
Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
