Our client is a progressive business with ambitious growth plans and this role is critical in supporting the business to deliver them. This role will lead on all aspects of HR from the development of their EVP, establishing consistent HR processes as well as supporting the development of their culture and values. It is a new role in the organisation and one that will grow with the business.
You will work in partnership with senior stakeholders and be advising on all HR matters with a particular focus on
Supporting the development and execution of their Employee Value Proposition
Establishing the People Business Partner role to become a valuable and proactive partner to the business
Supporting the development of their culture and values
Establishing and evolving people and performance management processes
Managing and delivering accurate people information
Managing HR related projects around talent & succession, reward & benefits
Supporting the business in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including all administration.
We are looking for an individual with a strong generalist HR background, a completer finisher mindset, a passion for making things work, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Salary: c. 45,000 Benefits. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days a week in the office in central Birmingham.
