US IT RECRUITERS:
Experience in
Recruitment Life Cycle
Sourcing key talent through Monster, LinkedIn, Dice and other on-line, social media;
Driving candidate screening, interview & offer process, communicating with candidates throughout the process; ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
Building talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
US Bench Sales Recruiters:
Experience in
US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Marketing and Recruitment Life Cycle
, Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships.
Minimum 2 Yrs of experience handling
end-to-end IT Bench Sales and Recruitment
Must have Good Network & Contacts in US IT Staffing Market.
Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented.
Capable of Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships.
CPT/OPT RECRUITERS:
Strong experience in hiring OPT/F1/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates.
Self- motivated with high degree of energy to make / receive around 50 calls a day.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-board at the client place.
Effectively recruited candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
ALL Candidates Must Have :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of the recruitment process.
Confident in their abilities, Innovative and should possess high levels of Energy.
Good understanding of the various technologies and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirement.
Multi-task and prioritize effectively
Intermediate /Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to assess candidates' capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals.
