Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.
What will I be doing?
The Manager HR Field Ops supports our hotel teams across Hilton’s managed portfolio of hotels in our North America region (includes the U.S., Canada, and French Polynesia). In this role, you will be a key partner in supporting day-to-day HR activities by maintaining departmental resources, preparing communications and presentation documents, liaising with other members of the HR Operations Americas team to drive practical and timely solutions, and contributing to the simplification of cyclical HR processes. In addition, you will play a critical role in providing the HR pre-opening support as part of the Hilton Management Services (HMS) team, a cross-functional group that is responsible for opening new hotels in our Hilton-managed estate.
More specifically, you will:
Support Regional HRDs in maintaining HR programs (e.g., Performance management, merit, compliance training following up, etc.)
Develop the materials and presentations for HR leadership and GM calls and capture key takeaways for follow-up.
Be the liaison between the field and corporate by providing support (e.g., Input on developing playbooks, sharing feedback from the field to improve HR programs and delivery model, etc.)
Improve the HRD onboarding experience by developing useful checklists, materials, etc, and ensuring they remain current.
Provide HR Team Member system access.
Track updates to the HR Field Roster on behalf of the North America-managed hotels.
Maintain the DOT random drug testing program.
Organize team documents/resources and maintain the regular distribution cadence to support day-to-day operations.
Support hotel transitions and openings by collaborating with COEs for new hotel systems including TMX, Benefits, and HR Systems (e.g., First Advantage, e-Verify, Taleo, etc.).
Draft offer letters.
Organize task force needs and confirm all needed paperwork is completed.
Standardize HR transition presentations (e.g., Announcement/Introduction to Hilton, Orientation, Benefits, Conversion Rally, etc.).
Lead onboarding and orientation activities for transitioning hotels.
Facilitate benefits enrollment for transitioning hotels.
Lead the annual GPTW survey administration for hotel participation, tracking, etc.
Maintain the First Advantage WOTC monthly follow-up report.
What are we looking for?

Understanding of our cyclical HR programs and activities and familiarity with our HRIS, TMX.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal direction.
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of professional experience
One (1) year of on-property experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel & PowerPoint) and Human Capital Management software
Travel up to 50%
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience with hotel transitions and openings
Three (3) years of on-property HR experience
