Job Details:
SUMMARY: Perform a variety of human resources functions including onboarding, floor training, and other related items by spending the majority of time on the production floor. Develop and maintain a number of human resources reports and charts to assist in the overall efficiencies of the department.
HOURS: Hourly 9:00am – 5:30pm, some OT required

Conduct exit and stay interviews, compile and enter data
Manage new hire and transfer floor training and graduations
Coordinate plant celebrations, anniversaries, and birthdays
Input HR metrics and maintain and create various HR reports, charts, and graphs
Manage time off application process and calendar
Oversee postings and TV’s in the plant
Assist with TM questions and concerns
Completes projects as assigned
All other duties as assigned
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
Reports to: Human Resources Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and/or Experience:
Expected: Two to three years related Human Resources processes experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) OR (English/Vietnamese)
Communication Skills:
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Other Skills:
Self-motivated and ability to work with limited supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer relation skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong knowledge and use of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs.
Previous experience /understanding of HRIS systems or ability to learn.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations or ability to learn.
