HRIS Analyst
Our client located in Ardmore, PA is seeking an HRIS Analyst that will be responsible for the maintenance and administration or HR Information Systems including but not limited to reporting and data quality. They will also be responsible for analyzing HR data to achieve business goals, maintain and build data integrity to deliver accurate reporting within SAP.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 years experience working with HRIS reporting and data management
2 years experience with HRIS systems - Workday or SAP
Expert level Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLookps
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in the office 3 days a week
This is a hybrid role and will require you to work in the office 3 days a week.
