We are hiring a remote experienced Technical Recruiter who is able to fill cyber, intelligence and IT positions. This is a 100% remote position.What Youu2019ll DoBuild strong pipeline of candidates leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, ATS database, social networking, employee referrals, targeted job postings, industry events, memberships etc. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filledReviews and maintains job vacancies lists and postings for assigned programs/vacanciesPrepare quality job descriptions as directed, ensuring they accurately capture requirements, are well-written and attractive to target audienceExecute the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and toolsIdentify and perform pre-screenings of qualified candidates, assessing their resumes in alignment with customer requirementsFacilitate candidate assessment, including scheduling of phone screens and interviews and providing timely feedback to all involved partiesMaintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications and any pending agency requirements.Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.Prepare, extend and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation, labor category requirements and guidelines.Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.Performs other related duties as assigned.RequirementsEducation Experience3 years of technically focused recruiting experience requiredKnowledge of DoD 8570 or other Federal certification requirementsExperience working with and placing candidates with clearancesProven ability to source, engage and close passive technical talentSolid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks)Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationshipsMust be U.S. CitizenMust reside within the U.S. DesiredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP ,SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, AIRS Professional Recruiter (PRC), Certified Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) or similar are desiredKnowledge of the Federal space particularly in the DC/MD/VA (DMV) area is preferredBachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources fieldPrior work experience performing a technical role a plusWorkplace RequirementsThis is work from home opportunity.
