Talent Acquisition Practice Lead
Location - REMOTE
Pay - 125k depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Mentor, coach and lead a team of recruiters on TA
Manage all aspects of team performance and development
Highly skilled in full cycle recruiting including sourcing, process improvement, and white glove candidate experience
4-5 recruiters directly reporting to this role
Job Requirements
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
5 years’ process success managing a talent acquisition team.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably with a combination of agency and corporate experience including 5 years’ experience recruiting technology focused talent ranging from mid-level to executive level preferably with a technology systems
integrators.
Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts
Ability to manage an open requisition load of 8-10 requisitions
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
SHRM Certificate
Experience working with an ATS
Strong experience working with multiple communication styles directly with managers and decision makers
Experience recruiting for IT recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment
