! You’re rooted in good instructional design and best practices, and think creatively in order to develop the most engaging, effective learning solutions. You’re able to craft content for a range of audiences and delivery modes: in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, while applying innovative methods, tools, and technology for our global learning programs.

You’ll make an impact by developing content, program managing, and facilitating workshops for some of our most popular offerings including the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Mentor Program, New Managers Workshops, and peer-to-peer learning programs. You thrive on collaborating cross-functionally, working in an agile environment, and can adapt quickly to changing needs. You’ll contribute to a broad range of work and be accountable for multiple simultaneous projects that drive growth and development for our global teams.
This position could be based out of our Boston, MA or Madison, WI office as a hybrid model (in-office/remote) or be fully remote with preference for EST or CST. This role requires the ability and willingness to work inclusively and globally, shifting work schedules to meet the needs of our distributed team members in the US, EMEA, India and APJ. There is the potential for 1-2 in-office meetings per year in Boston, MA.
Experience
4 years of proven experience successfully developing and facilitating high-quality and highly engaging learning content for in-person, self-paced, and blended delivery
Experience using learning technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Vyond
LMS Administration a plus
Content Design
Solid understanding of adult learning practices and ability to apply them to a variety of training modalities: virtual, in-person, and self-paced and to different employee groups/levels
Follows standard ADDIE/SAM Instructional Design practices ranging from crafting scope documents, learning objectives, interactive components, and methods to evaluate skill adoption/behavioral change
Outstanding design and writing skills; ability to translate project scope into engaging content
Demonstrates an engaging, flexible facilitation style with the ability to present to a variety of audiences and levels throughout the company
Program/Project Management
Outstanding program/project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance multiple projects under deadline pressure
Ability to use data and analysis to identify needs and report on results
Google Suite with a strong working knowledge of either Excel or Google Sheets
Strong decision making skills, ability to think globally about the impact of projects
Preferred: Asana or other project management platform experience
As part of our interview process, you will be asked to submit work samples that demonstrate your background in content design and development, and conduct a live 20-minute teach-back session to demonstrate your facilitation skills.
