QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior recruiting experience is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain employee HR information
Administer new employee benefits facilitate the open enrollment process
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
Source candidates and coordinate interviews
Plans new employee orientation
Provide expectations, guidance on policies, procedures, and company operations.
Assist the HR Director with reports, correspondence, special projects, and other tasks as assigned.
Handle confidential matters concerning practice policies.
