Your role
We’re hiring our first Recruiter to join the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. team! As an initial member of the talent team, you’ll help set the recruiting foundation: from how we partner with hiring managers to how we identify and shepherd prospective candidates through the full-cycle process from start to finish to what tools we end up using.
You’ll represent the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand in every outreach and conversation, ensuring we’re providing a delightful candidate experience – one that’s open to feedback and iteration, with a strong commitment to understanding how each hire will contribute to the culture and success of the company. Youll also help design and steer the initial phases of our talent brand strategy.
This role will report into the Head of People and can be based in either SF Bay Area, NYC, or Columbus.
Responsibilities will include
Act as a trusted talent advisor to internal managers and build hiring strategies that scale
Own the recruiting process end to end from the initial intake (sourcing and profile calibration) to interviewing to offer negotiations
Source leads/candidates for open roles; evaluate and connect with a wide talent pool to understand their motivations, interests, and values
Ensure we’re maintaining data integrity within our chosen ATS (we use Ashby) to analyze key recruiting metrics and talent market data which guide our day-to-day work and drive
Leverage the most effective talent tools to streamline the hiring process and find creative ways to get in front of top candidates
Elevating the team around you to help them hire better
