The Los Angeles office of JMBM seeks an associate with 3 or more years of experience to join our Labor and Employment department. Wage and hour class action experience is a must. The associate’s practice will focus on employment litigation, including single plaintiff and class action matters. In addition to a strong employment litigation background, experience in providing employment law advice and client counseling is required. Traditional labor law experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Strong academic credentials are required. As of the date of posting, JMBM reasonably expects to pay between $210K and $260K in base compensation for this position.
