Automotive Dealer Group with stores in Colorado currently seeking a Corporate Sales Trainer & Recruiter. Just like the job title says, the role of the person will be to seek out and find the best talent available for an auto sales & leasing career and then provide training and mentoring to see that they have every opportunity to succeed. Higher levels of pay will be dictated by the number of people brought in to the program that become good producers and the volume of sales booked by this group. All resources for recruiting will be provided by and coordinated with the H/R Director. This will be a position that requires in-depth knowledge of the best practices of the car business plus all the programs and promotions in place by each of the car lines of this group.
