POSITION SUMMARY:

Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio of brands that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER, the Senior Manager, Associate Communications leads the creation and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that inform, inspire and engage associates around key business and messaging priorities with a focus on HR messaging.  

The primary focus of the role is deliver holistic campaigns that utilize storytelling, inspire sharing, increase associate engagement and drive conversion across all channels around key HR priorities, including benefits, talent development.

The role also acts as a point of connection between the internal communications, content, corporate branding and editorial teams within the broader PVH Communications function, and key point of contact for global internal communications partners within the larger organization.

Additionally, the Senior Manager, Associate Communications, plays an important role in supporting executive messaging and engagement for the Chief People Officer and HR Leadership team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Owns the overall HR communications strategy to ensure a cohesive message for the broad associate audience.

• Supports Chief People Officer messaging including town halls and other engagement opportunities to drive community within the HR function

• Introduces new concepts, frameworks and best practices to guide work applying a consumer approach to the lens of associate communications

• Creates targeted and strategic communication plans for internal stakeholders that drive associate engagement and awareness across all platforms

• Uses data to recommend actionable strategies to improve communication programs and campaign success over time

• Partners with HR leaders to articulate their strategies and connect their goals to actionable communications tactics, aligning messaging and materials with the company’s overall priorities

• Develops communications with a change management approach, always applying an associate experience lens

• Maintains global HR email communications calendar in partnership with the Editorial Manager to understand all activity across PVH Comm and our partners, in order to capitalize on synergies and identify opportunities

• Crafts thoughtful and informative associate communications to communicate associate programs and help drive behavioral change

• Maintains relationships with key brand, region, retail and warehouse communication partners to ensure appropriate cascade and reach of key HR messages

• Elevates the messaging and branding of internal communications consistent with PVH brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:    5-7 years experience in communications roles

           Education:  BA, Communications or related field

           Skills: Strong writer, project management skills, executive presence, prior transformation/change management experience a plus
