is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter
to work with our client in the financial services industry. This position is 100% remote
. The company works with their customers to assist with debt relief options and they help guide their customers to financial health. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organized, confident, passion-driven Recruiter.

Responsibilities
Recruit for a variety of positions including Engineers, Product Leads, Marketing, Operations, and other specialist roles as needed
Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting from writing compelling job descriptions, posting jobs, conducting first interviews to making offers and welcoming new hires on their first day
Play a key part in evolving our company culture so we continue to be an amazing place to work
Use passive and active sourcing channels including Linkedin, AngelList, and Hired as needed
Find and manage 3rd party recruiting agencies as needed for specialty positions
Design the recruiting process and select your dream tools. This is your chance to recruit the way you’ve always wanted to
Some light HR or product input as needed
Qualifications:
2-3 years Agency experience, then 1-2 years in-house experience
Technical Recruiting experience desired
Experience with helping a company scale and build out a team
Experience working in a high pace environment
Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience required
Must be passionate about the companies mission
Experience managing candidate pipeline, including communication with external agencies
Knowledge of building company culture
