Overview of job
As an experienced 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering the full cycle recruitment process to support the hiring of business-critical roles across the Commercial and DAX functions. Working closely with hiring managers to support, consult and ensure strong, diverse talent is brought into the business

Met and built relationships with all necessary stakeholders in the business
Developed a strong understanding of Global’s values and how we operate
Established yourself as a talent acquisition expert in all things media and broadcasting
Consistently delivered against a set of key deliverables
Responsibilities of the role
You’ll be hunting out the best talent not only currently within our industry but diverse talent we can bring in
Partnering with senior leadership on longer term TA solutions for your business area
Proactively present and deliver TA solutions and initiatives to improve time to hire, D&I etc.
Own the day to day relationship with the PSL for your business area
As a specialist in your business area you will have a deep understanding of the skills and requirements needed for the best hires
Leadership and development of other team members, be that direct line management or otherwise
Delivering a consistent, best-in-class recruitment experience for all applicants & candidates
Working as ambassador for Global with internal applicants and positively promoting internal mobility across the regions
Work closely with the wider P&C team to help build and deliver our EVP across the regional offices and in the external candidate market
Assist with training initiatives to ensure hiring teams are consistent and compliant in approach
What you will need
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Be able to demonstrate your recruitment expertise - agency or internal experience
Proven experience successfully recruiting across a variety of verticals
Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders, able to advise and solve individual recruitment challenges
Process driven, utilising the recruitment CRM/ATS and working to best practise
Comfortable with data, drawing insights and reporting
Able to deliver significant impact to the business both commercially and in hiring manager and candidate experience
