Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. is seeking a full-time employee to assist with Human Resources functions including time and attendance, interviewing and hiring, firm events, benefits, performance evaluation, recordkeeping, and employee development. Also provides support for administrative team and attorneys when needed.
Minimum qualifications include:
Associate degree or certification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
At least four years prior experience providing human resource support in a similar setting.
Proven ability to follow instruction and produce accurate work in an organized and timely fashion.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with courtesy and tact with a diverse group of people.
Ability to work required hours in a law firm environment and provide own transportation to and from work.
