Your Impact as a Campus Recruiter – Early Careers: We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Campus Recruiter to join our U.S. Early Careers team in Chicago, IL. The campus recruiter is responsible for assessing talent for high volume, complex roles as well as communicating with business leaders and interpreting recruiting plans for the campus recruiting team. Additional responsibility includes providing strong strategic support to the business and partnering with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and vendors for successfully meeting client talent objectives. Job Responsibilities: Support full Campus Recruiting life cycle nationwide Work with business leaders to set Campus Recruiting strategy with a specific focus on diversityAssess talent by sourcing, screening and conducting interviewsCommunicate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to agree on hiring forecast, talent management and recruiting strategyManage and track candidates through the entire application process including extending offersManage internal client relationships and referralsPartner with operations team to lead and manage the candidate interview, offer and onboarding process to deliver a seamless interview experience for the candidatesSet the structure for interview days with the hiring team and identified assessors by encouraging joint / panel interviews to eliminate individual biasesFacilitate feedback sessions with hiring managersMust be able to travel to multiple universities throughout the U.S. and attend career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviews and other campus recruiting activities. Travel up to 50% during Campus busy season (Sept-November, January-March)Leverage knowledge of Early Careers programs to provide feedback to hiring teams for improvementsRecruiter will be based in Chicago, IL or virtual for the right candidateYou Bring Knowledge & Expertise Suggested Experience:1-3 years minimum of recruitment experience, preferably campus recruitingBachelor’s Degree RequiredStrong conceptual knowledge of campus recruiting practicesHands-on experience in recruiting Business, MIS, IT, and other business related majorsAbility to adapt to changing business priorities, environment, and a growing businessKnowledge of Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems preferredKnowledge and skill in candidate process management, especially dealing with a high volume of needs in one or several locationsSales and marketing skills preferredKnowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniquesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate ideas effectively to support recruiting effortsHighly self-motivated and directedExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentWe offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
