We are excited to progress with our many projects within our HR Division. We look forward to welcoming you, as Human Resources Project Manager, where you will be integral in supporting us to navigate an ever-changing policy, economic and cultural landscape.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with a HR background to lead and deliver on projects, directly impacting on our current and future employees.
As an HR Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Steer working collaboratively with the HR Executive team, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders to drive our mission of being the Employer of Choice.
Work in partnership with our Trade Unions, Finance colleagues, and other stake holders to review our current Employee Terms and Conditions.
Assist our Academic Colleagues in reviewing and modernising our Academic Career Framework to attract the best academic talent and funding to our University.
Provide support and guidance to the Organisational Development (OD) and Equality, Inclusive, and Diversity (EDI) teams.
Have the autonomy to manage your own workload in line with our current Hybrid Working Policy.
Champion an ethos of excellence, promote a consistent, enhanced staff experience and the alignment of HR services with the University's strategic aims.
