Kemps has an immediate job opening for a well-rounded HR Specialist/Senior HR Specialist to perform a wide array of HR services including payroll, leave management, onboarding and employee transactions. The specialist will need to communicate effectively with various teams and team members and meet strict deadlines. This role requires a high level of proficiency in dealing with confidential and sensitive information. The will also handle administrative functions such as filing, answering emails, facilitating leave management, reporting, coordinating activities and meetings and working on special projects as requested. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources administrator or coordinator role Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word High degree of initiative Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment Strong mathematical aptitude Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs Ability to communicate with others at all levels in organizations Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer services focus Must be willing to work flexible hours, some evenings occasionally
