A great opportunity exists for an ambitious HR Administrator to join **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, this person will be responsible for all HR administration and will assist both the People and Culture Manager and General Manager.
In this diverse role, you will be able to broaden and develop your HR skills working closely with and assisting the People and Culture Manager and General Manager. You will be the first point of contact for HR related enquires from staff and assist in the day-to-day coordination and running of the HR functions including workflow, up-keep of HR records, scheduling of meetings for the People and Culture Manager and General Manager and various admin duties as required.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
general secretarial duties for the HR team;
co-ordinating and assisting with staff induction;
facilitating the on and off-boarding processes;
assisting with staff recruitment;
assisting with the annual performance review process;
managing leave records for all staff;
managing professional records for all lawyers including Practising Certificates, Legal Services Board and LIV renewals and memberships; and
maintaining and updating staff files.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months admin experience ideally in a legal or professional services firm, and experience in a similar position with exposure to HR is highly regarded.
To be considered for this role you must have a positive attitude, good time management skills, exceptional attention-to-detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You will demonstrate the ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively and ensure you act with complete confidentiality and discretion.
