nAn exciting opportunity is available for a candidate to join us as Director, Benefits for the organization. The dynamic and ambitious individual will lead the Benefits efforts for the Arvinas as part of its core evolution and growth strategy. The role will partner with key functional and business stakeholders. The role is internal and external facing developing and implementing the Benefits strategy to enhance the company’s employee and candidate value proposition. This role ensures that our benefits offerings and programs are rewarding, competitive and in line with company objectives and culture. The role leads all our benefit programs, partners with the HR team to communicate all benefits-related information to our employees and administer the programs company-wide. In addition, this role partners with payroll, IT, and other internal teams to ensure HR operations runs smoothly, providing an exceptional experience to our employees. Successful candidates will offer a strategic perspective, deep analytical capabilities, and a collaborative working style.

The role will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and is based in our New Haven, CT headquarters. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with 2 – 3 days a week being remote based on work requirements and project needs.
