We are looking for an HR expert in IT Consulting Service to setup/implement HR functions like comprehensive Compensation/Benefits for the IT Sector, Policies and Best Practices etc.
There should be a clear outline of the salary amounts, bonus structure, contract lengths and types (B2B, loyalty clauses, benefits (when they kick in and what the cost is by position type), and any other relevant information like differences between cities in pay.
This is a work from home job and working hours are flexible.
