PAYROLL/HR – SCHENECTADY, NY
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Payroll Specialist for a company that specializes in home improvements. In this role you will be responsible for processing payroll and handling administrative HR duties such as benefit administration and 401K enrollment.
Responsibilities:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll
Ensure the accuracy of payroll prior to transmittal.
Assist in creating internal documentation for payroll processing.
Provide employees with enrollment forms for health care plans.
Respond to employees’ questions regarding payroll and HR matters
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience processing payroll
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Experience with Paylocity is a plus but not required
