 \r\n\r\nDescription\r\n \r\n\r\nAccountabilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPartner with Site LT to design and enable delivery of people strategies, processes and products that are aligned with Site direction, and which ensure that the organizational capability, processes, systems, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals\r\n\tTake responsibility for the embedding of robust people management disciplines including talent management, people development, performance management, and facilitate people relevant workshop to enable effective people management and development\r\n\tEnsure delivery of effective and customer focused HR Operations on KS Site. Be accountable, as appropriate, for HR compliance in line with local regulations and standards and to manage business risk arising from employment liability\r\n\tCoach and challenge Site LT and key talents,  to develop the organizational capability and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy, and to provide coaching and feedback to ensure the development of their leadership capability\r\n\tPartner with centers of excellence to develop and implement reward and people and organizational development plans\r\n\tPerform other duties as requested by supervisor\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKnowledge, experience & capabilities\r\n\r\nKnowledgeBackground knowledge\r\n\r\n\r\n\tKnowledge of HR system, process and operation\r\n\tKnowledge of Labour Law and local regulations\r\n\tKnowledge of KS Site strategy and operation\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nExperience  \r\n\r\n\r\n\tBS and above in any professional discipline\r\n\t10 years above HR experience, including 5 years’ experience in MNC\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCapability    \r\n\r\n\r\n\tEffective communication skills (one-on-one, one-on-all)\r\n\tStrong influencing skills (peers and supervisor)\r\n\tGood consultancy skill\r\n\tWilling to learn and sharing\r\n\tStrategic thinking and planning.\r\n\tAble to communication both verbally and writing in English\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCritical leadership capabilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tGains commitment of stakeholders in a compelling way\r\n\tManages uncertainty and risk with confidence\r\n\tAdapts to the changing environment to achieve excellence in delivery\r\n\tCoaches people to excel\r\n\tFocuses energy on must-wins\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCritical success factors & key challenges\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMature, energetic and ambitious\r\n\tProactive and positive\r\n\tResponsible and accountable\r\n\tWilling to learn from and to share with others\r\n\tCommit and deliver\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAdditional informationOther information\r\n\r\n\r\n\tFaithful and loyalty\r\n\tOpen minded\r\n\tSelf-motivated and proactive\r\n\r\n,
