\r\n\r\nDescription\r\n \r\n\r\nAccountabilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPartner with Site LT to design and enable delivery of people strategies, processes and products that are aligned with Site direction, and which ensure that the organizational capability, processes, systems, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals\r\n\tTake responsibility for the embedding of robust people management disciplines including talent management, people development, performance management, and facilitate people relevant workshop to enable effective people management and development\r\n\tEnsure delivery of effective and customer focused HR Operations on KS Site.
