Enterprise Logic, (EL) has 10 immediate openings for experienced recruiting professionals who have worked extensively in the IT Staffing Services in the capacity of a Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiter or Resource Manager or Junior Recruiter. If you have a proven record recruiting for North America IT Staffing, Technical Contract Staffing, or any other variation of technical staffing services placing Information Technology or Software Engineering services and solutions we would like to hear from you.
EL is hiring experienced IT OR Engineer Recruiting professionals who are looking to maximize their professional, personal and financial growth and reach career goals with a great staffing firm. Prior IT staffing recruiting experience preferred but not required.
EL sales staff are focused on the client experience while our team of technical recruiter focuses on the candidate experience.
EL invests considerable every year to provide our sales & recruiting staff with the best and latest technologies to achieve their assigned goals. Every sales person is provided with a laptop with a lap top and Phone. Our goal is to ensure that we set our sales and recruiting teams up to succeed and that starts with investing heavily into the technology to make filling your open positions with best and brightest Technologist nationally. Due to ELs maturity of over 15 years in the technical staffing industry we have an internal database of over 1 million candidate resumes nationally for our recruiters to perform their job.
If you have track record recruiting IT or engineering resources and are interested in exploring how your experience and qualifications will lend toward you being able to enjoy the success and income that you may not be realizing where you are working now or have in the past. This could be the year to really earn the type of money you have always heard could be made in our industry.
Again, it is important that you have the requisite experience and qualifications working in a recruiting agency. You must also possess strong communications skills, written and verbal. All sales staff earn commissions from their first day as there is no probationary waiting period for earning commissions
EL doesn’t have a cap on its commission plan like many firms or a bonus pool that everyone is paid from. As a performance based company our mutual goal for EL and our sales staff is to make as many placements daily/weekly/monthly as possible so that you can have as many consultants on billing or be paid direct hire placement fee’s as you can. Many of our sales staff make solid six figure incomes and it has nothing to do with number of years as a sales person, but how good you are at selling and qualifying customer opportunities who buy our staffing services and solutions.
