Job Details:
SUMMARY: The position will act as a business partner with our recruiting staff and hiring managers to assist in sourcing for critical positions along with proactively building pipelines for forecasted needs. The ideal candidate will proactively network, research, identify, qualify and present candidates to recruiters for professional and management positions.
Primary duties include:
Sourcing resumes
Generate leads
Sell prospective candidates on the career proposition
Develop network relationships within the industry for future and recurring recruitment needs
Other duties include: staying up-to-date on market trends; track competitive practices; maintain current and accurate data research on a regular and consistent basis; assist with college recruiting needs and conduct basic screens on potential candidates for level of interest qualifications and compensation on as-needed basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 1 plus years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferably from an agency background.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills strong interpersonal skills.
Special Skills: Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills and must possess a strong business acumen to be able to understand and interpret business needs and formulate a strategic plan of action for sourcing candidates.
Supervisory: N/A
Travel: 12 or more trips per year.
