Learn more about Dollar General at ****DetailsnGeneral Summary:nResponsible for management and execution of recruiting processes (sourcing, recruiting, and screening) as it relates to creating a pipeline of high potential, well qualified, diverse talent for both current and future openings. nDuties and Responsibilities:nn Develops and delivers talent acquisition strategies and execution tactics comprised of cold-calling, search engine optimization, social networking, and candidate generation for Corporate positions. n Provides world class recruiting expertise in delivering high potential, well qualified, diverse talent for both current and future openingsn Supports Corporate Sr. HR Managers throughout the hiring process related to talent selection, pre-employment screening, and onboardingn Builds relationships with local chambers of commerce, colleges, universities, and other local organizations to source quality candidates.nnQualificationsnKnowledge and Skills:nn Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflown Strong knowledge of all relevant recruiting and employment laws and regulations n Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion n Understanding of overall recruiting process including time-to-fill, turnover, internal promotion rates, etc.n Basic understanding of total reward programs and employee-relations.n Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with leadership and staff at all levels n Good computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze division staffing needs.n Strong relationship-building and networking skills.n Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skillsnn n Work Experience and/or Education:nn Two to three years of recruiting exempt level candidates and/or two to three years of HR Generalist experience is preferred.n Retail experience is a plus.n Bacheloru2019s degree preferred.nn_n#CC#
