HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST-LABOR RELATIONS
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist-Labor Relations
to join a growing Healthcare organization located in the Capital Region. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity with a generous benefits package.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years Human Resources Generalist experience
Experience with employee relations including investigations, employee meetings, grievance procedures, etc.
Talent acquisition experience
Previous experience in healthcare preferred
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
