Job Description:
Accountabilities:
Process HR related invoices as below:
-Schooling/Apartment/ Car rental
-Other pension funds from international
-IG vender payment- Pass Through/Relocation
-3rd party benefits vender related payment
-Annual Tax-Hotline services
-HR team's payment to vendors (create vendor code)- HR Townhall, HR away day etc.
-Process annual GESPP and PSP recharge payments to Computershare for whole Shell China
Severance package calculation for mutual agreement case.
Help get the chop: For Shanghai’s expatriate staff's working &residence permit related documents
Working with new joiner onboarding focal point to help Shanghai new joiner's on boarding related activities.
Government related initiative(Shanghai）
-Go to labor bureau for SST staff's HuKou related matter
-Government requested information providing
Reporting & data
-Related report to Team relocation
-Bank detail/Master data for Labor Union per month
-Name list for finance in 3 Legal entities per month
-Monthly logging report
-Yearly medical check-up data preparation

Requirements:
At least 2 years HR experience
Exposure to administration and/or services oriented position is preferable
Working knowledge of benefits, policies, HR Services delivery models, etc
Sound working knowledge of Shell People, GSAP, SERP and SCEPCO SAP system.
Excellent English language skills – written and spoken.
