Purpose and Scope:
This position is a critical role in building a strong and professional One HR globally while optimizing resources in HR in alignment with the Corporate Strategic Plan, Mid Term Plan and Divisional Objectives.
This position is primarily responsible for:
Leading the Global HR Transformation
Work with HR Transformation team lead and HR subdivision leaders to ensure the HR Transformation is executed with an integrated approach.
Prioritize and coordinate all HR initiatives with the HRLT impacting the Corporate Strategic Plan, Mid Term Plan and Divisional Objectives to ensure the HR division meets its organization health goals.
Lead the design of HR organization and oversee the timely implementation of new HR organization design, processes and ways of working.
Act as a bridge across all subdivisions and a key strategic partner to the Excellence & Capability Enhancement team to ensure alignment and efficiency; eliminate and avoid duplication.
Deliver project work plans such as project actions and timelines with relevant project members and stakeholders.
In close collaboration with HR leadership team, execute and implement all change initiatives globally.
Work on the project communication plans with HR communications lead to make a smooth and effective transition to the new One HR.
Support the Head of HR Transformation to develop and build HR organization capability through talent review, succession planning and coaching to individuals or teams as part of HR4HR responsibilities.
HR Change Partner -- Act as a trusted partner to advise on change management and people impact. Supports people development through opportunities created by HR organization changes:
Ensure adequate People & Individual Impact plans are in place to support organization changes
Work with all Subdivision Leads, including Talent CoE to produce Change Management plans for HR clients and Business Leaders
Work with the HRLT and the HR Operations team to identify opportunities to improve the HR Organization, globalize processes and increase efficiencies.
HR for HR: strategic advisor, coach to the HR organization to achieve business outcomes through superior human capital workforce planning and development initiatives, as well as change, OD and Cultural agendas. Provides meaningful future focused people data driven insights by bringing the outside-in perspective to all business strategies. Facilitates conflict management strategies and solutions within HR teams and at individual level.

Requirements
Qualifications
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
Some experience in global project management. HR area experience preferred.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Business oriented and data-driven HR capability.
