HR Supervisor Jobs description
An HR supervisor or human resources supervisor is responsible for the management and supervision of the entire workforce of an organization. Typical duties of an HR supervisor include leading the recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of employees; mentoring the human resources executives and all the human resource management activities; attracting and retaining the best talent for the organization; and making the exit process simpler and easier for employees who are signing off.An HR supervisor should have an MBA in human resource management and several years of experience practicing human resource management.
