This role:
We are looking for an individual to assist our HR Manager, based in Reading
, as a part-time HR Administration Assistant (Part-Time, 15 hours per week)
Key responsibilities include:
Assistance with the recruitment process, including acknowledging candidates for live vacancies, arranging interviews and the administration of new joiners
Administration of the application process for trainee solicitors and work experience placements
Filing and archiving of employee records
Provision of assistance to the Marketing and Facilities functions on an ad hoc basis
The successful candidate will:
Have good organisational and interpersonal skills
Preferably have some experience of working in HR
Possess good literacy and IT skills
Be a good team player, with a willingness to offer support to others
Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient, with a helpful and friendly manner when dealing with colleagues
Have a “can-do” attitude
Share and embody our values of excellence, integrity and approachability
