Provides information regarding company policies, procedures and programs. Responsible for administrating and planning the day to day operations of 1 or more of the following areas –Group Benefit Plan/Health and Welfare/Retirement; Disability Management, Compliance; and other HR operational programs. Ensures programs are in compliance with appropriate state and federal regulations – Department of Labor, ERISA, Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Occupation Safety & Health Administration; WA State Labor & Industries.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or progressively responsible HR experience
3-5 years’ experience working in area of expertise: Benefits/Retirement/Disability Management; Compliance.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point and HRIS systems.
Ability to effectively collect, interpret and summarize data and legal requirements.
Identification, research, analysis and resolution of problems using statistical techniques and common research methods.
Solid project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail is essential
Ability to interface and work well with diverse team members and customers, while maintaining confidentiality.
Proficient organizational and commination skills.
Able to react to change productively, work effectively in dynamic environment and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
· 5-7 years working in designated area of expertise
· CEBS, CBP for Benefits/Retirement
· CPDM for Disability Management
· PHR/SPHR
