The Talent Acquisition Team at Best Buy supports the enterprise in the talent selection process across our corporate and field organizations. The Resource Leader role leads a team of recruiters to support Tier 3 and Tier 4 based business needs for the enterprise. We have a 4-tier structure where we match the complexity level of the requisition to the recruiter skill level. Tier 3 and Tier 4 level work includes a search where talent is limited and more competitive to identify, including technology recruiting. This leader will collaborate closely with their resource leader peers as well as the Relationship Managers to manage capacity, candidate and hiring manager experience, and ultimately fill open roles.

What is the work?

Hire, Coach, develop, inspire and lead a team of up to 11 recruiters

Collaborate with resource and account managers to assign roles to the team that make sense for capacity and tier of the work

The SME on recruiting process, problem solving and technical steps

Talent Acquisition Process optimization and improvement

Accountable for the performance & results for recruiter KPI, goals and commitments

Thorough understanding of Kenexa as well as the other tools the TA team uses like; calendly, Linkedin, etc.

Connected to the Relationship Managers to understand enterprise hiring needs, business acumen as well as the overall needs of the business teams

Develops relationships and provides technical guidance/consultation to Enterprise Talent Acquisition team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required to be successful:

7 or more years of HR or related experience

5 or more of years of experience in Recruiting

5 or more years of experience with People/Project/Process Management

Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs specifically PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred experience with technical sourcing, identifying and engaging talent
