interviewing, and recommending to management qualified applicants for Clinical
Professional and Non-Clinical Professional job classifications to ensure
adequate staffing with competent personnel throughout hospital departments;
plans and Coordinates specified recruitment activities and projects within
budgetary requirements to ensure the most cost effective programs.','!*!Minimum Job
Qualifications

Minimum
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum years in field
previous to employment: Five (5) years of Recruitment experience with Bachelor’s degree and seven (7)
years of a combination of HR, Recruitment and Sales experience  - OR-  ten (10)
years of robust Recruitment experience that includes healthcare

 

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*Must be able to understand and
communicate employee benefit plans, HR policies, and procedures and
practices   *Sound interviewing and evaluation
techniques which demonstrate good judgment and adherence to applicable laws and
guidelines   *Excellent interpersonal skills to
work effectively with hospital personnel, applicants and outside
agencies   





*Must have excellent skills in
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, this may be demonstrated through
pre-employment testing if necessary

 

Position
Responsibilities With minimal direction all Sr. Recruiters
will fulfill and demonstrate competency in the basic responsibilities of a
Recruiter and consistently demonstrate the competencies of the expanded
responsibilities of a Sr. Recruiter for CHI St. Luke’s Health. These
responsibilities and competencies include, but are not limited to:1. Use
behavioral based interview techniques to evaluate and recommend candidates for
selection.2. Demonstrate competent and compliant use of the organization’s
current HRIS technology including the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
associated systems and processes.3. Guide candidates and hiring managers
through the hiring and onboarding process, keeping all parties informed at all
stages of the process by initiating clear and timely
communication.4. Ability to research, interpret and articulate
organizational policy as related to Talent Acquisition (TA) and hiring.
5. Consistently and creatively source candidates based on traditional and
progressive methodologies.6. Articulate and implement Recruitment strategy
and tactics for their assigned areas. Developing and recommending recruiting
strategies to ensure successful searches within a given timeframe.7. Partner
effectively with the Sourcing Specialist to develop strategies for hard to fill
or niche positions.8. Represent the organization positively at internal and
external Recruitment events. 9. Demonstrate the ability to manage clients,
client expectations, proactively address potential client concerns and
deescalate unpredictable situations as TA Consultants. 10. Demonstrate a
very high level of professionalism and high touch customer service to all
internal and external clients as well as other HR Partners.11. Support the

TA Center Of Excellence (COE) positively. 13. Consistently and thoughtfully

reviewing candidate’s applications, work history, disclosures and background
checks; involving additional HR Partners as necessary. 15. Sr. Recruiters
will act as Subject Matter Experts or Leads for areas, topics or continuous
initiatives of TA. 16. Demonstrated ability to partner across all levels of
a matrixed organization while recruiting for a desk of diverse, complex or niche
roles while identifying key stakeholders to the Recruiting and Sourcing process.
17. Sr. Recruiters will train and mentor Recruiters and new Sr. Recruiters.
They will also provide HR and TA support to successfully meet the needs of the
business. 18. Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as in a team
environment. Consistently lead TA or HR Related Projects within the Market or
Division, with successful outcomes, and by leading without authority.19. Act
as a consultant to candidates and clients/hiring managers to help them identify
and fulfill operational needs.20. Lead, develop, and implement system and
community career events to attract top talent. 21. Show significant
independent initiative in finding events, associations and other community
opportunities to build relationships and pipelines of candidates.  
22. Remain current on social media recruitment trends, and present
innovative ideas to drive recruitment. 23. Consistently meet and exceed
expectations on all new hire, client and peer surveys 24. Consistently meet
and exceed expectations on Enterprise or Division recruitment
metrics.25. Provide strategic planning support to HR Partners and Leaders
