We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!Your Opportunity:The main responsibilities of this position include:Understand current benefits trends and programs offered in the Technology Industry, Implement, communicate and administer benefit programs that attract and retain high-performing talent and that are fair, equitable, competitive, and cost effectiveEnsure benefits standards comply with company policies and other regulations and/or legislationDevelop effective relationships with HR counterparts across the globe and provide guidance on global benefit data and decisionsAssist in the major components of the annual Benefit planning process Team with the total rewards team on global compensation initiativesSupport the planning and execution of benefits annual enrollment Support on-going administration of benefit programs in all locations Engage in complex analysis supporting benefits initiativesEnsure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelinesManage and lead a team, creating an inclusive and productive work environment providing constructive feedback on performance and career developmentPartner with Legal/Finance for equity program enhancementsProvide benefits support for Executive staffThe ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor's Degree preferred10 years of Benefits experience including structure design and strategy Exposure to regional, country and local compensation/benefits practices, regulations, and legislationExperience and knowledge of retirement and equity programsExperience and knowledge of HR processesPast experience leading a global team of Benefits professionals preferredIf you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it!
