The Human Resources Representative is a KEY member of the AREA Leadership Team. As an Employee Relations Liaison, the individual will work with our managers, supervisors, and associates to ensure our culture continues to focus on people first. This position is responsible for proactively developing relationships and executing on all aspects of the human resources function with emphasis in the areas of talent acquisition, training and development, diversity, inclusion, labor, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Representative will help create innovative solutions that drive processes and programs to ensure associates are equipped to achieve results and grow into the next generation of leadership of Penske Transportation Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
SHRM or HRCI Certification(s) preferred (i.e. PHR)
2 years of Human Resources experience
Ability to understand the business operations
Must be a confident communicator, (including written, and verbal skills)
Ability to effectively manage projects to timely completion
Ability to work remotely based on managers direction, must be able to travel as required through the Area
Must complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
