is to work with the onsite Client Campus Recruiters to provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the campus recruitment process, and to act as the main point of contact for all candidate management.
What you will do
Scheduling of screening, interviews and assessment centres in collaboration with Client Recruiter and inviting and confirming candidates using the ATS candidate database.
Managing various administration activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner
Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times
Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
Managing the customers’ needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client
Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes.
Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.
Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required

Your role as a Recruitment Administration Specialist

Position Requirements
What we need from you
At least 2 years experience in campus recruitment support, human resources administration, client services, sales, marketing, or communications in a Banking/Financial services company preferred
Experience of recruitment in RPO, Corporate or agency recruitment would be highly advantageous
High energy, with a can-do attitude, coupled with methodical planning and organizing skills. Task orientated with strong attention to detail.
Problem solver, proactive, organized, and resourceful
Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
Passionate, people-driven, and always striving for astounding stakeholder engagement and relationships
Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal style
Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
