Job DescriptionRole Description:
Planning, management and development of digital & social experience assets to enable business critical processes and effective and efficient knowledge transfer within rewards. Assets will be used to support total rewards experts within the MUs, HR leadership and engage and inform our more than 500,000 people through annual performance and rewards cycle.On projects, youll play a critical role in project design and implementation, leading efforts on our most ambitious work. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 6 years of change management experience
A minimum 2 years experience working on large scale transformational projects
A minimum of 5 years of experience with owning and delivering against a change plan
A minimum 5 years creating change deliverables (e.g., change plans, communications, training materials, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
