H&B Specialist As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative support and effective solutions as part of our Health & Benefits business group within Consumer Benefit Solutions (Aon VBES/CBS) division. This position will sit in Hammonton, NJ and as an H&B Specialist, you will report directly into SVP, Underwriting and Analytics. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hammonton office, but you will be expected to work out of our Hammonton office in the beginning. What the day will look likeSupport the upkeep / maintenance of business forecasting documents- Assist with manual entry of performance metrics.- Assist with collection and entry of variable expense update.Assist with aligning/categorizing business and revenue activity to support accrual and business reporting initiativesEstablish required client tracking elements and complete manual entry of premium to reporting websiteAssist with review and forecasting of existing business Catalog and track annual business re-service reviewAssist with tracking revenue maximization and expense management initiatives including documentation of discussions and outcomesCatalog and support the analysis of submitted financial modelers to evaluate new business opportunitiesProvide operational status reports while tracking potential new client activityAssist with data collection/entry to support capacity management Interact with Finance Department and Senior Operations personnel, ability to translate and respond to requests for information and reporting How this opportunity is different:In this role you will have the opportunity to work with multiple parts of the business (for example: Sales, Operations, and Finance) and you will also be working on implementing a new system (integration and conversion). The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
