Responsibilities
SUMMARY
Seeking a dedicated, professional
and enthusiastic individual focused on expanding their HR career within
HRIS reporting and analysis. Someone skilled with utilizing standard
reporting tools and Crystal Reports to manage and audit data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for firmwide technical
support related to the LawCruit database
Design and program Crystal Reports
to audit data within HRIS system
Coordinate workflow throughout
the life cycle of the applicant for both on-campus and in-office interviews
Run queries and analyze data
to ensure that current and accurate documentation is maintained
Collaborate with IT to complete
testing of new and current reports, applications, upgrades and patches
Assist in the development and
maintenance of databases and procedures
Develop and maintain training
materials and conduct training for end users
Required
2 years’ experience with at
least one of the following:
LawCruit database
Crystal Reports design/utilization
or... Working within a law firm
attorney recruiting department utilizing at least one integrated HRIS system
Skilled with MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
Bachelor's Degree preferred
